Prices for services offered on this website are valid only for purchases completed through this platform.

RETURN POLICY

1.- If you are not satisfied with your product and it is in perfect condition, you may return it at no cost within the first 15 calendar days following delivery.

2.- After the product has been shipped, we offer a free return service exclusively for size exchanges, limited to one request per purchase.

3.- If the received product does not meet your expectations compared to the photographic representation, you may request a full refund or exchange it for another available model.

4.- In the event of loss or non-receipt of the product by the courier, you have the option to request a full refund or request a new shipment of the item.

5.- Products that are discounted are not eligible for exchanges, returns, or refunds, unless the product is damaged from the manufacturer.

 

DELIVERY TIMES

Upon completion of the purchase (following payment authorization), our team will process the order within a maximum of 3 business days. Processed orders are delivered and managed by Estafeta courier service, with an estimated delivery time of 1 to 3 business days, depending on the customer's postal code. Please note that these delivery times are subject to change without prior notice. Customers are responsible for tracking their orders through the courier's platform.
